Levcon C&D provided comprehensive project management services for the critical substation upgrade at Gosford Hospital, supporting Coast Civil in both the pre-tender and delivery phases. Our early involvement included detailed technical input during the tender submission process, as well as strategic guidance in pricing negotiations and scope clarifications.

Once awarded, we managed the installation of 300 linear metres of new Ausgrid high-voltage cabling and containment — all within a live, high-risk environment, in coordination with an accredited Ausgrid ASP. The works were carried out without disrupting hospital operations, ensuring safety and compliance at every stage.
